posted by BobPosted by Bob on December 19, 2003: So, the winner's of last week's poll, Raphael and Donatello, are still MIA as of this writing. I've been busy, but I'll get to 'em eventually, I swear. Human Torch won this week, and it'll be up eventually too. This week I'm not running a poll cause I've got other stuff to get done, but don't worry, the seven of you who vote, it will be back later.

In the interest of advancing humanity itself, I bring you the trailer for Spider-Man 2! So what if Kirsten Dunst looks like a retard, it still is amazing otherwise.

In other comic movie news, head over here for some info on X-Men 3.

Check this out. For some reason, someone somewhere decided Fight Club would make a great video game. Right. Now, correct me if I am wrong, but wasn't Fight Club a movie about why consumerism sucks? Kinda funny that they're making a very mediocre looking game about it.

Well, compared to the last couple weeks, this post is kinda sparse. So, I will leave you with two links. First: here's a site that entertains me greatly for some reason. I'm gonna make alert sounds and AIM noises and crap with it. Yeah, I'm a dork.

And finally.....VICTORY IS OURS! See ya later.

posted by StevePosted by Steve on December 19, 2003: Since I didn't have much of a news post this week (again) I figured Bob's post might as well start the page off. But then by the time it was time to post the comic, I had managed to come up with something to say, but was too lazy to switch the post order back. So anyway, new comic here.

In Think Tank Curse news, Movie Punks, which I read pretty often, has apparently closed down, so feel free to blame that one on us.

When Bob first showed me that text translation thing, I thought it was pretty stupid. But then five minutes later, we were trading Pulp Fiction quotes spoken in weird voices, so there ya go.

Man, I don't know about this Spider-Man 2 thing. I mean yeah the Doc looks cool and all, but it's still going to have the two things I couldn't stand from the first movie, Tobey Maguire and Kirsten Dunst. Kirsten Dunst...I don't know, she just annoyed me in that movie for some reason. Tobey Maguire on the other hand is kind of a toss up. Bob and I have talked about this alot, and have come to the conclusion that he did a fine job as Peter Parker, but sucked rocks when it came time to play Spidey. I just think that when he played Spider-Man, it came across as just Peter Parker in a costume, instead of that two seperate personalities thing that Christopher Reeve did such a good job with in Superman. Of course, I could just be a big dork. See you next week.
