posted by BobPosted by Bob on November 05, 2004: Hey gang, as of now, (at least for a little while,) I'm in total control of the comic. Today's comic marks the first in a relatively long line of comics I've got written. A pretty good arc ahead, I think. And if it wasn't obvious, Jessie's got a new wardrobe. I tried a ton of different color combinations, but I think I liked the purple one the best. And I'm not sure what's up with the butt cam in panel seven....it just seemed like the right thing to do.

So, Zach at Joe and Monkey asked me if I would do a guest strip for him, so I said sure. And there it is. Zach's a cool guy, so support his comic, damn you.

This guy can't be made of flesh and bone like the rest of us. Watch him go! That's just not natural!

By now, you're probably seen the series of movies reenacted by bunnies in thirty seconds. They're pretty cool, you should check 'em out. Anyway, the people responsible have a new one-The Texas Chainsaw Massacre! I love this stuff.

Geeks don't have the best reputation, but when we do something, we do it full force. Example? This cat overclocked a freakin' toothbrush. Pretty neat, or pretty sad?

I need a translator. It this for real? It looks like it, but who knows with the way people are on the internet, right?

I don't think I've posted any videos of someone hurting themself lately, so here you go. Don't worry, you don't have to thank me.

I love that people can make games on their own pretty easily nowadays. Check this out. You may have seen it by now, but still. I like the dedication to it. I mean, just look at how he made the map alone. Pretty cool huh?

All right gang, at OD we're remodelling, so that means I'm gonna have to start doing some overnights, so I'm gonna head off so I can get the next comic up and ready to go. So, back in a week.

Before we talk a little Grand Theft Auto, a quick word to Bob's mom. I know how you hate when I swear in the news posts. But, consider that your little boy produces things like this. Suddenly an occasional (ok, frequent) F-Bomb isn't so bad, is it?

I've been playing San Andreas some more. It gets better. The beginning is painfully slow. Especially if you've played one of the other GTA games already. The color still sucks, but improves a bit later on. Wanted levels are much easier to deal with this time around. A 3 or higher wanted level isn't the death sentence it used to be on previous games. Cops still chase and setup roadblocks and such, but don't seem to do so much of the pointless running into you over and over like they used to. The shooting still sucks ass though. The lock on is awful, and I keep having to swing myself and the camera around to the right direction. Still, overall it's a good game, but don't believe the hype on all the perfect tens flying around. It's flawed like any other game.

That's about it. See you next week.
